Return Replacement Policy
We have a customer
friendly return policy - We will refund you the full amount. However, return
shipping cost is incurred by the buyer. We accept returns within 5 days from
the date of delivery only. We accept refund only if product is defective
/damaged or broken. If you want replacement of defective
/damaged or broken product we dispatch a new item. No return/replacement is
accepted for change of mind or misunderstand the product details. To avoid such
issues, we request you to read the product description properly for proper
understanding of the product and do ask us for any doubts before ordering it.
Please note that the
return policy is NOT applicable on any orders that are custom made & all orders shipped to abroad;for both cases we will not except return.
To return a product you
need to follow these steps:
1)
Send an email to info@aurangabadkarsaraf.com with your order number mentioning
the product you want to return and your bank details where you want us to
refund the amount. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of
any errors.
2)
Once an email is sent, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship
the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched. No
pickup of product by any reason is made.
3)
Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure
your wrap properly it so that product doesn't get damaged.
4)
Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to
info@aurangabadkarsaraf.com with the tracking number. Without tracking number,
product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.
5)
Once the product has reached and it is inspected and after confirmation, your
money will be credited to your bank account mentioned in step only. No other
way of payment is made by us.
6).If you
have made an online payment, refunds will take minimum following number of
days:
1. Net banking / COD: 5 working days
2.
Debit Card: 7 working days
3. Credit Card:9 working days
